Zoe Petropoulou

Clinical Dietitian and Nutritionist

About

My name is Zoe Petropoulou, and I am a Clinical Dietitian and Nutritionist specializing in diabetes mellitus, obesity, and the nutritional management of metabolic diseases. I hold a Master’s degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA) with a focus on diabetes and obesity, and I work as an external consultant with the Diabetes Center at Tzaneio Hospital.

As part of my clinical practice, I provide personalized nutritional support to individuals with diabetes, prediabetes, insulin resistance, obesity, dyslipidemia (elevated cholesterol and triglycerides), as well as to individuals with chronic kidney disease and kidney failure. My goal is to help everyone improve their health and quality of life through nutritional interventions tailored to their personal needs and daily routines.

Nutrition is neither a restriction nor a temporary diet. It is the balance that allows us to take care of our bodies and our health without deprivation or guilt. My goal is to help you build a healthy and sustainable relationship with food through personalized guidance tailored to your needs and daily life.
