I am a Dietitian – Nutritionist, who graduated at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, with a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Harokopio University, and I completed my internship at Evangelismos General Hospital in Athens.

My goal is to help everyone develop balanced eating habits and make small but meaningful changes that will improve their daily lives!
