About
My work focuses on helping you build a more mindful and compassionate relationship with food and your body. The aim is to move away from the cycle of dieting, restriction, and guilt, and instead reconnect with your body’s natural signals. Rather than following strict rules or labeling foods as “good” or “bad,” the process emphasizes understanding, trust, and genuine self-care.
This approach combines nutrition guidance with psychoeducation, supporting you in understanding both the biology of hunger and fullness, as well as the role of thoughts and emotions in eating behaviors. At the same time, it encourages body awareness, learning to recognize your needs and respond to them with respect, without pressure or judgment.
Through this process, you gradually rebuild trust in yourself and feel more confident in your choices. Change is not based on control, but on awareness and empowerment, allowing you to care for yourself in a way that feels more balanced, sustainable, and free in the long term.
