I am a graduate of the University of Greenwich with a BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, and I have also completed an Integrated Master in Food Science and Nutrition at the Agricultural University of Athens.
My goal is the development of realistic and sustainable eating habits adapted to each person's lifestyle, with emphasis on nutritional education, prevention and long-term maintenance.
