• He has a strong interest in a holistic approach to health, combining modern evidence-based nutrition science with counseling support for individuals struggling with conditions such as depression, addictions, and dysfunctional habits, aiming to improve quality of life and overall functionality. He also possesses advanced knowledge in the management of Metabolic Adaptation and Adaptive Thermogenesis, a stress-related physiological state that can render the human body resistant to weight loss even under very low caloric intake.
• He advocates for a high-protein Mediterranean dietary approach combined with resistance training, quality sleep, and effective stress management, with the goal of optimizing physical, metabolic, and psychological well-being, as well as the overall development and functionality of the individual.

Research & Thesis
He conducted research at the DietBody body composition laboratory, one of the most specialized laboratories in Greece in the field of body composition analysis, utilizing advanced Gold Standard research methods and equipment such as:
BodPod, DXA, SKF, BIA, BIS, UWW, and Indirect Calorimetry.
His research activity focused on body composition changes during protein overfeeding in a caloric surplus, combined with resistance training in athletes and underweight individuals. Through this research process, he acquired specialized expertise in body composition assessment techniques, the physiology of muscular adaptation, and the role of protein as a fundamental structural and functional macronutrient.
